Wedding Photographer Hylands House, Essex : Claire and Andy
Claire and Andy met and booked me 12 months ahead of their wedding, back in 2011. This is the first wedding I have photographed at Hylands House, and I was very excited as it is an amazing venue with great grounds and space. It is only 15 minutes drive from where I live, which makes it one of the closest wedding venues for me to travel to. As you will see, for a June day it was warm but it was a cloudy day.
Claire organised a surprise start to the day for Andy, to be driven to Hylands in a Kitt, Knight Rider car.
A very unusual wedding aisle exit, to ‘Do The Conga’.
Claire and Andy then took a ride on a horse drawn carriage, around the grounds of Hylands House.
While Claire and Andy were away, the guests had time to eat and drink.
This is a familiar image to most Wedding Photographers, a Dad spending the wedding day following a toddler around who won’t stay still.
The next surprise of the day was organised by Andy, which was for their dog, Charlie, to arrive at the wedding to briefly say hello.
We had some great props at the Photobooth.
